Payment Methods:

    We accept American Express, Visa, Master Card and Discover cards. We also accept purchase orders, company checks and bank wire transfers. Purchase orders must be paid in full before products are shipped for first-time customers, unless prior approval is given.

    Purchase orders will not be accepted from individuals. Purchase orders from outside the U.S. must be paid before order is shipped. Billed purchase orders are due within 30 days of the invoice date. .

Return Policy

    All sales are final unless a product is damaged or the wrong item was shipped. In these cases, STM will gladly replace any damage product or incorrect item shipped. We must be notifed within 10 business days from the date the order was received. You may contact by email sales@safetytrainingmedia.com or call us directly at 1-888-337-2121 and we will take care of the rest.

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact to see if we can provide an exchange. If an exchange is granted, the program must be in good condition without any damage and all original material must be included in the return. 


Program Rentals

    The rental period for programs with this option is 7-days for the date of delivery. If rentals are not returned or are lost, STM will bill you for the replacement cost of that program. Rentals must be shipped back to it's original shipper through FedEX, UPS, DHL or US Postal Priority Mail service for package tracking purposes.

    Purchase of Rental Program

    If you decide you would like to purchase your rental after using the program, you may purchase the program less the rental charge. Program must be puchased within 30 days of the rental date.


Special Discounts

    STM offers special discounts between 10%-20% off for educational, government, consultants and non-profit organizations on selected titles. Shipping & Tax

    STM will ship most orders via UPS Ground and Priority Mail service. We also offer our customers next day and 2nd day shipping options. California residents pay 8.25% sales tax on there orders.
