Confined Space Entry (Construction)

NIOSH also found that very few organizations provided any type of written procedures or training specific to confined space entry.
Topics discussed in this safety video include: definition of confined space, oxygen deficiency, flammable or explosive gases, toxic gases and vapors, atmospheric hazard, engulfment hazard, configuration hazard, permit system of a written program and procedure, procedures to take into account, confined space supervisor/observer and emergency standby, proper techniques involved with confined space entry, confined space emergencies, training required for members of the rescue team, and PPE.
